Tribes Ascend most used keybindings in T3

Hey! I just started to play the alpha tribes 3, but was a bit confused with the keybindings.
I plaid TA about ~1000h years ago, so most of the movements and items keybindigs came from muscle memory, but there is still something a bit off.

What used to be be the go-to/default keybindings in TA, that are now different in T3?

Some like ski on spacebar was quite normal, and jet on R2, nade on F and pack on E came to mind on the first custom games, but many do still seem a bit off. Like was/is there a possibility to ski without jump as that seems to throw me a bit off now.

Is there some guides for good keybindings for TA/T3 that I could go trough and try to find the ones that I am used to?
