I don’t trust prophecy games

Have you seen what they did with Starsiege deadzone? The game was an absolute disaster. EA release, with skin shop and founders pack and a moderate initial playerbase. They then continually took the servers down, and made terrible changes that everyone hated nor wanted. The game was down for over half of the time with radio silence from the devs.

Their discord and Reddit mods banned anyone who was critical of the game or devs, insisting that “all was good”. The devs then just completely dropped the game and haven’t addressed it since. For some reason it’s still up on steam, with the cosmetics store still available (but literally 0 people playing it).

Now these same devs are pushing another game? Fuck that. Stay away.
