        EU Ranked activity?

        Hello. Me and a friend have been trying quieing
        Ranked in EU during evenings around 5-9pm but we have never gotten a game.
        I had one game the first day of release when i solo qued.

        Is no one in EU playing Ranked? Is it working as intended?
